In addition to the Executive Directors, the following senior managers are considered relevant to establishing the appropriate expertise and experience for the management of the business.
Alex joined the business in August 2018 as Group Property Director. Prior to this Alex was the Property Director at The Deltic Group. During his career Alex has held a number of property related roles starting in private practice for the likes of CBRE, with more recent client side roles at Holland & Barrett as Group Head of Estates and Halfords PLC. Alex has a degree in Real Estate Management and is a member of the RICS.
Andy joined the group in 1998, having graduated from Leeds University with a BEng(Hons) in Civil Engineering. Andy has worked in a number of operational roles within the group, including bar management and area management. Andy was promoted to Regional Operations Manager in 2013, then to Regional Operations Director in 2018 and is responsible for Revolution North.
Clinton joined the business in 2008 as a General Manager after beginning his career with Fat Cat Café Bars. Clinton has been responsible for the development and delivery of the Revolucion de Cuba brand since its inception in 2011 and became Regional Operations Director for Revolucion de Cuba in 2018.
Fiona joined the business in April 2015 as People Development Director. Prior to this Fiona was HR director for five years at Grosvenor Casinos, a division of the The Rank Group. During her career she has held a number of HR roles starting in financial services then moving to the civil service before her time at The Rank Group, where she was part of the team leading the acquisition of Gala Casinos in 2013. Fiona has a degree in business studies and human resource management and is a Fellow of the CIPD.
Kate initially joined the business as a catering consultant in June 2013, becoming the Group’s director of business development in October 2013, with a remit including food management, advance sales and customer insight. Her career began at Whitbread plc in the commercial drinks operations of Beefeater and Brewers Fayre. She moved to the Laurel Pub Company, creating and heading the food development, supply chain and buying team there. Kate then worked as Roadchef’s retail catering director, before moving back into licensed trade and heading the food team and, subsequently, the pre-booked sales team at Barracuda. Kate has a degree in international management with hospitality from the University of Brighton.
Mark joined the business in September 2018 as Regional Operations Director. Prior to this Mark lead a team of senior operators for 4 years with Mitchells and Butlers. During his career Mark has held senior roles within Stonegate and Town & City pub company and has a wealth of knowledge of the industry. Mark is responsible for Revolution South.
Myles joined the Group as a consultant in June 2013 and became a permanent employee in December 2013. Prior to joining the Group, Myles was head of sales and marketing at Barracuda Group and held a number of roles at First Leisure Corporation, including marketing manager and brand manager, spending 11 years with each business. Myles is the Commercial Director, a role which encompasses procurement, drinks retail strategy, reward and recognition programmes and commercial supplier agreements and relationships.
Simon joined the business in January 2018 after a short period working with the group on a consultancy basis. Prior to joining, Simon ran a successful consulting business after previously spending 11 years with Sodexo. During his time at Sodexo, Simon progressed from general management roles to Managing Director of the Sports & Leisure division. This was followed by 9 years as Managing Director at Delaware North Companies. Simon is Director of Food, a role which encompasses the devolvement and implementation of the food strategy, safety and supply chain management. Simon is also a Fellow of The Institute of Hospitality.
